You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If it's not quite what you expected, let us know and we'll take care of the rest.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
* Unused and in its original condition
* In its original packaging, with all tags and components included
* Reported within 30 days of delivery
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
1. Email us at support@emily-dublin.com with your order number, full name and reason for the return
2. Include a photo of the item (if applicable)
3. We'll reply with the return address and clear instructions
Please do not send your return to the address on the shipping label — we'll provide the correct address after approving your request.
Return Shipping Costs
⚠️ Important: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the cases set out below.
* Change-of-mind returns (you didn't like it, ordered the wrong item, or want a different size/colour): Return shipping is paid entirely by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to make sure your return arrives safely. Emily Dublin is not responsible for returns lost in transit without a tracking number.
* Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or with a verified fault, we cover all return shipping costs. In some cases, you may not need to return the item — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund directly.
Refund Processing
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
* Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable
* The Priority & Insured Shipping upgrade (€2.95) is non-refundable
* Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable
* Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original order for a refund and place a new order. That way you won't have to wait — your new item will be on its way as soon as possible.
Order Cancellations
Our orders are processed automatically as soon as they are placed, which means we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been shipped.
If you wish to make changes to your order, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then request a return. Once your request is approved, we'll send you the return shipping details so you can send the item back, and we'll proceed with your refund following the process above.
