Free Shipping on All Orders
At Emily Dublin, we offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required and no hidden costs.
For those who'd like extra peace of mind, you can choose the Priority & Insured Shipping upgrade for just €X.XX, which includes faster processing and full insurance coverage on your parcel.
Processing Times
Once your order is placed, we usually need 1 to 2 business days to process it. Each item is carefully packed by hand before it leaves our studio. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may need slightly longer processing times.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, the average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by delays due to customs processing, adverse weather conditions or carrier-related issues.
Tracking
Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order at every stage. Tracking information is usually available 2 to 3 days after your order is placed.
Order Cancellations
As we begin preparing your order quickly, cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that period, we're unable to cancel the order, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver within the expected timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
